Darren’s first and long awaited cookbook with over 100 recipes and 150 photos will be published 10 July 2007. He chose to donate his entire advance from the book to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation. Children and Aids were two of Princess Diana’s charity goals.
