I also, stayed up through the night to hear reports of the coronation. Friends of our family were visiting London and were fortunate enough to see part of the procession. When they returned, they brought me keepsakes of that special day including metal miniatures of Westminster Abbey and of the royal coach and horses. I'm really looking forward to the Jubilee!

Got my Christmas wish when my son bought Eating Royally for my present from him. I have been reading it faithfully ever since.

On Page 20 you have the recipe, Chilled Tomato And Dill Mousse With Lobster. You state that it was one of Princess Diana's favorites. However, she ate the fat-free version of it. Great. The reader is referred to Page 199 for the fat-free version. On Page 199, is a tender remembrance of what it was like after Princess Diana's passing.

Is it possible to get a copy of that recipe (Chilled Tomato And Dill Mousse With Lobster)? It has all the flavors/ingredients that I love...namely lobster.

Love the book. My husband has picked out a lamb recipe for our next Easter dinner.

Hi Darren
I really enjoyed watching your recipe on the hairy bikers show. I recorded the programme but unfortunately my wife accidently deleted it. Could you let me know the recipe of the posh seafood cocktail that you made on the royal yacht for the programme.
Many thanks.
